5%Purchase value ₹20,000 – ₹49,999

10%Purchase value ₹50,000 – ₹99,999

15%Purchase value ₹1,00,000 and above

10%Mattresses — any purchase value (flat)

The item must be structurally intact and free of major damage. Our team confirms eligibility from the photos you share.

Value is based on the product category, age, and condition of the item, confirmed at the time of pickup.

Pickup is scheduled within 7 days of your new order being invoiced.

Delivery timelines follow our standard schedule for your city and are confirmed at checkout.

The exchange discount applies on top of standard pricing but cannot be combined with other promotional coupons unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel before pickup is scheduled; once the old item is collected, the exchange is final.

Please ensure the item is accessible for pickup and that the photos/details you share accurately represent its condition.
