Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Looking Good Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your furniture must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all protective materials intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Floor samples
- Mattresses (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Condition Requirements
The following situations may result in partial refunds:
- Furniture showing signs of assembly or use
- Items not in original condition
- Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or protective materials
Return Process
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank to check for pending credits
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged furniture. If you need to exchange an item, please:
- Email us at hello@lookinggoodfurniture.com
- Include your order number and photos of the defective/damaged item
- We’ll provide return shipping instructions and process your exchange
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for large furniture items
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Large Item Pickup Service
For large furniture pieces, we offer a pickup service for an additional fee. Contact our customer service team to arrange a pickup.
