1. Italian Natural Marble
Italian natural marble can be repaired; however, variation in color, texture, or appearance (figures) may occur after repair, which must be accepted. Once marble are send to us for inspection we will repair and no the needful (if possible).
2. Composite Marble
Composite marble cannot be repaired. In case of any damage, no claim or action will be applicable.
3. Natural Characteristics of Marble
Italian natural marble may contain fillings and natural variations as part of its inherent properties. These are not defects and must be accepted as they are, since the material is not man-made.
4. Wooden Chairs & Base
As wood is a natural raw material, due to seasonal effects there may be slight openings or minor gaps over time. These can be polished and covered at the site and will not be considered as defects.
5. PVD Coating
No warranty is provided for PVD coating. Cleaning must be done without the use of any chemicals. In case of any issue, the product can be sent to us for recoating.
6. Polish Variance
Variation in polish finish is natural. Teak wood and ash wood have different natural colors, grains, and textures, due to which the same polish may appear different on each wood.
